* WHAT...Snow expected above 3000 feet. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Mullan, Dobson Pass, and Lookout Pass. * WHEN...From noon Thursday to 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
