* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Anderson, Coffey, Douglas, Franklin, Osage, Shawnee, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, and Nemaha Counties. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 6 PM CST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Small tree limbs could be blown down too. Isolated power outages may result.
