* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Uniontown, Ritzville, Colfax, Wilbur, Creston, Harrington, Odessa, Airway Heights, Downtown Spokane, La Crosse, Davenport, Oakesdale, Clarkston, Fairfield, Spokane Valley, Quincy, Alpowa Summit, Tekoa, Othello, Ephrata, Coulee City, Rosalia, Rockford, Cheney, Moses Lake, Pullman, Grand Coulee, and Pomeroy. * WHEN...From 11 AM to 11 PM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
