Alert Description

* WHAT...East winds 20 to 25 kt and seas 6 to 9 feet expected. * WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters. * WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM ChST Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A combination of an incoming trade-wind surge and elevated trade swell, conditions are expected to become hazardous to small craft. While winds are expected to taper down Monday night, a tropical disturbance may bring back small craft advisory conditions to the region around midweek.

Safety Instructions

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
