Alert Description
CEMGGW Blizzard Conditions observed. The following message is transmitted at the request of the Montana EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY Glasgow Montana. Phillips and Valley County Disaster Emergency Services have issued an Emergency Travel Only Order for Phillips and Valley county until blizzard conditions improve. Closed Highways include Highway 2 from Malta to Wolf Point and Highway 13 from Wolf Point to Circle.
