* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 8 degrees expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia and central South Carolina. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
