...The National Weather Service in Missoula has issued a Flood Advisory for the following rivers in Montana... Yaak River Near Troy affecting Lincoln County. For the Yaak River...including Near Troy...elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected or ongoing. * WHERE...Yaak River near Near Troy. * WHEN...From this afternoon to early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Flooding affects low lying areas adjacent to the river. At 8.5 feet, Flooding affects low lying areas adjacent to the river including homes and access roads. Sylvanite Ranger Station Road and Upper Ford Road affected by flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 AM MST Wednesday the stage was 7.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 4.4 feet Saturday, December 27. - Action stage is 7.5 feet. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - https://www.weather.gov/mso/hydrology
