...The National Weather Service in Portland OR has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Oregon... Sandy River near Bull Run affecting Clackamas and Multnomah Counties. Trask River near Tillamook affecting Tillamook County. Hood River Near Hood River affecting Hood River County. Molalla River near Canby affecting Clackamas County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Trask River near Tillamook. * WHEN...From Thursday evening to early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Above 16.5 feet, expect minor flooding along the lower Trask River. Dairy farms, buildings, and a few residences adjacent to the Trask in the vicinity of Hwy 101 may be threatened. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 PM PST Wednesday the stage was 11.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage Thursday evening and crest around 17.0 feet late Thursday evening.
