* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Northern Lycoming, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan and Union. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected into tonight.
