With temperatures below freezing, freezing fog is possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central Illinois, east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa, and northeast Missouri. * WHEN...Until 8 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Patchy slick spots are possible, especially on bridges and overpasses from freezing fog.
