Red Flag Warning issued March 19 at 11:45AM MDT until March 21 at 8:00PM MDT by NWS Cheyenne WY

Alert Description

...Multi Day Red Flag Warning... .Critical fire conditions are expected through the week, with poor overnight humidity recoveries and no precipitation. The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect until 8 PM MDT Saturday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 420, 421, 422, 423, 425, 427, 428 and 429. * WIND...Sustained winds 20 to 30 mph, gusting up to 40 mph. * HUMIDITY...9 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Poor overnight humidity recoveries are expected for the duration of the Red Flag Warning. Well above average temperatures are also expected which will contribute considerably to the dry conditions.
