* WHAT...South winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt, becoming west Friday afternoon, and waves 3 to 5 ft expected. * WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point to Windmill Point VA. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 10 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
