* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, Rough bar conditions expected. For the Gale Warning, seas 14 to 15 ft at 17 seconds and south-southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas around 13 ft at 15 seconds and west winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Saturday. Gale Warning, from 5 AM to 2 PM PDT Saturday. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM to 8 PM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS....General seas 7 to 8 ft building to 13 to 15 ft Saturday afternoon. First ebb current of 3.85 kt at 126 AM Saturday. Seas 11 to 14 ft. Second ebb current of 4.17 kt at 212 PM Saturday. Seas 13 to 16 ft. Third ebb current of 4.10 kt at 122 AM Sunday. Seas 12 to 15 ft.
