* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 14 ft at 14 seconds and south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. For the Gale Warning, seas 15 to 20 ft at 18 seconds and south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 10 to 15 ft at 16 seconds and west winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. * WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 10 NM. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening. Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 2 PM PDT Saturday. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM to 8 PM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
