For the Gale Warning, west winds to 40 knots and waves 11 to 15 feet expected. * WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Ripley to Buffalo. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 7 AM Friday to midnight EST Friday night. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
