* WHAT...North winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected. * WHERE...Bering Strait Coast and Diomede. * WHEN...From 1 PM Friday to 1 PM AKDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult. Snow showers accompanied with the high wind will result in visibility of one-half mile or less at times.
