Rattlesnake Bluff Road closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 12.3 feet early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
